These are mainly map resources, analytical outputs, interactive dashboards and other tools intended for spatial-data analysis and decision support.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p>The aim of these outputs is to present the research results clearly and to enable their use by the expert public as well as by project partners and public-administration institutions.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<p>The published outputs include, for example:<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t<li>specialised maps presenting spatial analyses and thematic results of the project.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t<li>interactive dashboards enabling data viewing and analysis in a user-friendly form.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t<li>data and analytical outputs that serve as a basis for further research and planning.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t<p>New outputs will be gradually added to this page over the course of the project.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t<div class=\"st-outputs\">\r\n\r\n\t\t\t<!-- V\u00ddSTUP: Specializovan\u00e1 mapa -->\r\n\t\t\t<article class=\"st-output\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"st-output__badge\">Specialised map with expert content<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Vulnerability to energy poverty in the Ostrava Metropolitan Area<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t<p>The map presents vulnerability to energy poverty at the micro-spatial level in the Ostrava Metropolitan Area (hereinafter OMA), based on the vulnerability index developed within the STENEO project.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<p>The energy vulnerability index is a composite indicator based on variables characterising residents' socioeconomic status and the technical condition of housing, which capture the risks of household energy poverty. The data source at the level of basic settlement units (hereinafter BSU) is the 2021 Census of Population, Houses and Flats. It makes it possible to identify the areas most at risk from rising energy prices (e.g. the energy crisis of 2021\u20132023) or from a change of energy sources during the energy transition. It focuses primarily on pupils' environmental literacy while also reflecting the role of family and school through indicators relating to parents and school staff. C\u00edlem t\u011bchto v\u00fdstup\u016f je p\u0159ehledn\u011b prezentovat v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu a umo\u017enit jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed jak odborn\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti, tak i partner\u016fm projektu a instituc\u00edm ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy. Mezi zve\u0159ej\u0148ovan\u00fdmi v\u00fdstupy se nach\u00e1z\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad: specializovan\u00e9 mapy, kter\u00e9 prezentuj\u00ed prostorov\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy a tematick\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky projektu, interaktivn\u00ed dashboardy, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed prohl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a anal\u00fdzu dat v u\u017eivatelsky p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e9 form\u011b, datov\u00e9 a analytick\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed jako podklad pro dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum a pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nov\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy budou na tuto str\u00e1nku postupn\u011b dopl\u0148ov\u00e1ny v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu. Specializovan\u00e1 mapa s odborn\u00fdm obsahem Zranitelnost v\u016f\u010di energetick\u00e9 chudob\u011b na \u00fazem\u00ed Ostravsk\u00e9 metropolitn\u00ed oblasti Mapa prezentuje zranitelnost v\u016f\u010di energetick\u00e9 chudob\u011b na mikroprostorov\u00e9 \u00farovni na \u00fazem\u00ed Ostravsk\u00e9 metropolitn\u00ed oblasti (d\u00e1le jen OMO) podle indexu zranitelnosti vytvo\u0159en\u00e9ho v r\u00e1mci projektu STENEO. Index energetick\u00e9 zranitelnosti je kompozitn\u00ed ukazatel zalo\u017een\u00fd na prom\u011bnn\u00fdch charakterizuj\u00edc\u00edch socioekonomick\u00fd status obyvatel a technick\u00fd stav bydlen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zachycuj\u00ed rizika energetick\u00e9 chudoby dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. Zdrojem dat na \u00farovni z\u00e1kladn\u00edch s\u00eddeln\u00edch jednotek (d\u00e1le jen ZSJ) je S\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed lidu, dom\u016f a byt\u016f 2021. Umo\u017e\u0148uje identifikovat \u00fazem\u00ed nejv\u00edce ohro\u017een\u00e1 n\u00e1r\u016fstem cen energi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeny nap\u0159. geopolitick\u00fdmi faktory (nap\u0159. energetick\u00e1 krize v letech 2021\u20132023), nebo zm\u011bnou zdroj\u016f energie v procesu energetick\u00e9 tranzice. Model byl pilotn\u011b validov\u00e1n na \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta Ostravy. K tomuto \u00fa\u010delu bylo osloveno p\u011bt ter\u00e9nn\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch na \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta Ostravy, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed p\u0159ehled o rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed zraniteln\u00fdch skupin obyvatel, stejn\u011b jako o materi\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch bydlen\u00ed. St\u00e1hnout dokument \u2192 Dashboard Dashboard environment\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti \u0161kol Interaktivn\u00ed dashboard prezentuje v\u00fdsledky dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9ho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed realizovan\u00e9ho v r\u00e1mci projektu STENEO na vybran\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Zam\u011b\u0159uje se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na environment\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnost \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a sou\u010dasn\u011b zohled\u0148uje roli rodiny i \u0161koly prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm ukazatel\u016f vztahuj\u00edc\u00edch se k rodi\u010d\u016fm a pracovn\u00edk\u016fm \u0161kol. U\u017eivatel si m\u016f\u017ee prohl\u00ed\u017eet v\u00fdsledky jednotliv\u00fdch \u0161kol a porovn\u00e1vat vybran\u00e9 ukazatele.
